AGRIWEALTH;<\/strong><\/p>\n

This program tells more of our success trajectory particularly when we started with only one acre and grew spontaneously to tens of acres. We made huge gains in 2018 from our sales. With the gains, we concluded agriculture is indeed wealth. We transformed this concept into a full program. With this concept, we continue to instil a mindset that agriculture is a business. We believe our young people need this motivation in order to engage in agriculture that is more productive.<\/p>\n

We also form FARM GROUPS of 30 members each. We establish not more than Five FARM GROUPS in each PROJECT LOCATION. In each PROJECT LOCATION, we set a DEMO SITE availed by the community in that PROJECT LOCATION. The type of ENTERPRISES selected in that particular PROJECT LOCATION determines the number of the DEMO SITES. We then train the selected farmers in each FARM GROUP based on the choice of ENTERPRISE selected on the basic agronomy of the selected ENTERPRISE and use of necessary equipment. These ENTERPRISES are the products we deal in.\u00a0 We then deploy farm implements, machinery and technology. We also deploy extension workers.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>ZIRA Tech. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Zira Tech program aims at providing modern technology in production, value addition and delivery systems to ensure value for money.\u00a0 Zira is an Arabic word loosely translated as agriculture. It is therefore the use of technology to aid agricultural production, value addition and delivery systems. Under the Zira tech, we have a team of highly self-motivated people who create content, develop apps and deploy modern technologies to address soil deficiencies, crop pests, crop diseases, and other catastrophic situations in a bid to boost yields and increase farmer\u2019s income levels.<\/p>\n

We also distribute the Zira App in the Project Locations. This app contains the basic agronomy of most of the ENTERPRISES we deal in. There is both online and offline version. We equally set An AGENT DESK facility in each DEMO SITE for any farmer to come around and access more other offline services or in an event of other complex situations. Our team undertake regular research and update the findings on the Zira apps for contextual relevancy.<\/p>\n

GREEN CREDIT;<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Green Credit Program is part of our desire to establish the Green Bank. The Green Credit aims at providing credit service to many of our farmers who lack funds to increase production. Under this program, we form FARMERS SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS – FSLA (preferably the 30 Members of the FARM GROUPS). We train the farmers, invest a considerable amount of money into the FSLA and encourage savings and borrowings. We distribute the savings back to the FSLA members after a one-year cycle. We have set guidelines to regulate savings and borrowings.<\/p>\n

GREEN LOGISTICS;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under this program, we buy the farmers produce and\/or link farmers to external markets through exhibitions and trade shows. We also manage the DESTINY TRANSPORT, DESTINY STORES, DESTINY WAREHOUSES and DESTINY MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES.
