GA
The GA members are shareholders. Shareholders are individuals or institutions that acquired shares at DFI. The BoD from time to time depending on the prevailing economic condition in that particular country determine the Cost of a Share.
Procedures to Acquire Shares.
- Any person can invest at Destiny Farm International only after receiving a publication of a CALL to INVEST. You can EXPRESS INTEREST to INVEST by filling the Shareholder Form. You can fill this form online or find it in our offices.
- As soon as you have provided all details, you will be required to make payments equivalent to the shares requested. You will be required to pay the share price directly to a bank whose details will be provided to you. The Chief of Finance and Credits shall receive cash payments only on a condition that the bank details provided do not exist in that country where the Expresser of Interest lives. On Receipt of a bank deposit slip, the Chief of Finance shall issue a Receipt.
- After confirmation of receipt of payment, the Expresser of Interest will be required to submit a Copy of the nationality card, either scanned or photocopy; Physical address – A place of residence for the last three years; authentic email address; and mobile telephone contact.
- On receipt of those deliverables, the management of DFI will Process a Certificate of shares and ID of the shareholder. This process takes seven (7) working days before the transfer of deliverables to the Investor and the Investor thereafter receives a welcome notice with all other details including dividend information on the shares acquired.

BoD

Mr Barnabas is the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2019. Mr Barnabas is creative and innovative in different fields. He is greatly knowledgeable about organizational development and growth, result-oriented program interventions and tech-related solutions. He is a content creator and passionate about our rural communities.
Mr Barnabas works closely with the CEO to initiate innovative farm solutions, launch research and facilitate the adoption of new innovative solutions. As a chair of the Board, He plans, calls and chair meetings of the BoD, monitors the work of the EM, advice accordingly and ensure organizational progress. He also updates the GA of DFI’s progress and tables major policies for amendment or approval.
Executive Management

Mr Dara is the Founder and CEO. He is also the secretary to the BoD. He watched the organization transform from solely half an acre piece of land into a vibrant International commercial agricultural company affecting many lives. Mr Dara has good knowledge of agribusiness, soil science, farm extension, leadership, project planning and management, procurement and logistics and advocacy.
Mr Dara understands the technical and professional aspects of work and updates knowledge, analyze issues and make a systematic and rational judgment based on information. He motivates others to reach team goals, organize and schedule events, activities and resources and, Monitor time scale and plans. He also initiates new programs, writes proposals and ensures full implementation.
Mr Dara holds a Masters of Arts of Local Governance and Human Rights Degree from, Uganda Martyrs University – Uganda and a Bachelors Degree of Procurement and Logistics Management, Nkumba University – Uganda and a Diploma in Crop Production from Nile Farm – Uganda. He has attended training in psychosocial wellness on personal healing and transformation program, Entebbe – Uganda, claiming spaces – tactical tools for human rights defenders’ program, Juba-South Sudan, East Africa Human Rights Program, Arusha – Tanzania, Youth Leadership Forum, Dar es Salaam – Tanzania.
Mrs Diana Nyoka Stephen -diana@destiny.farm
Mrs Diana is the Chief of Finance. She joined DFI in 2018 until to date. Mrs Diana is a professional, diligent, flexible and creative individual with significant experience in the field of Accounting, Finance, Banking and Management.
Mrs Diana spearheads the annual budgetary process, generate financial control tools, accountability standards, procedures and records and apply those tools in the day-to-day running of DFI. She also generates financial management information for stakeholders, initiates a review of DFI’s financial policies and procedures, and ensure adherence.
Over time with consistent practice, Mrs Diana has gained huge experience enabling her to perform her duties and roles as required even in a challenging environment. This motivation has increased her inputs levels producing positive results that are life-changing to her as a personality and DFI. Mrs Diana is passionate to offer the best services to DFI to achieve its goals and objectives.
Mrs Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in finance from Bugema University – Uganda.
